At Rocket Digital we are looking for a Social Media Team Lead to guide the Social Media Team.
In coordination with the Studio team, the Social Media Team Lead will be in charge of developing an innovative content strategy for top clients in the Spanish and Italian market collaborating with the Studio Team to develop impactful concepts.
Your role ensures successful project execution, client management, and effective team collaboration. You will stay ahead of trends, adapt to audience behavior, and turn insights into compelling content ideas.
Responsabilities ✨

Ownership of the Social Media Strategy for top clients. Develop and oversee holistic social media strategies executed by our teams organised by business verticals: paid social media, organic social media, creative and influencer marketing.

Organic Social Media: Increase audience reach and engagement through engaging and relevant organic content. Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms. By 2023 this vertical has accounted for 20% of the company's social media business.

Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with key influencers to amplify the brand message and reach new audience segments. Manage influencer relationships and measure the impact of collaboration campaigns. By 2023 this vertical has accounted for 5% of the company's social media business.

Analysis and Reporting: Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor, analyse and report on the performance of social media strategies using key metrics. Use insights to inform future decisions and optimisation strategies.

Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of people, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Work closely with other departments to ensure an integrated marketing strategy.
