At Rocket Digital, we are looking for a CRM Specialist to join the Data Activation Team.

We are looking for an experienced professional to help us work with existing and new customers on implementation, integration, and migration projects. You will be responsible for discussing HubSpot platform capabilities along with integration and implementation needs prior to the sale, the sale itself, as well as strategizing, solution design, and documentation after the sale.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of HubSpot's technology capabilities. Technical experience in the integration, administration, and implementation of CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms is essential, as well as consulting experience. Knowledge of other platforms like Klaviyo and, to a lesser extent, Connectif, will be considered a plus.


The role ✨

  • To develop a deep understanding of the client by working with them as a trusted advisor.
  • To deliver consulting services to clients to identify issues, goals, and objectives, and explore the solutions and strategies available to them.
  • Accurately scope, design, build, and maintain solutions that meet client goals.
  • Audit the use of HubSpot and the broader technology stack, providing guidance for businesses looking to maximize their platform usage and success.
  • Understand process mapping within HubSpot and relevant applications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical project specifications and well-designed systems.
  • Understand the technical ins and outs of the HubSpot products, using a solutions-oriented mindset to address customer challenges.
  • Act as a HubSpot technical implementation specialist, guiding customers through HubSpot software setup, onboarding, tool training, and configuration.
  • Collaborate with other departments and clients to develop new tools, processes, and frameworks to drive product adoption.
  • Train customers on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools.
  • Advise on integrations and manage integration projects with our clients and integration partners.
  • Execute: Test and QA solutions, ensure accountability for recommendations, and structure campaign design for data points and reporting.


Qualifications πŸ“œ

  • Strong working proficiency in Spanish (required) and English (preferred)
  • 3+ years of HubSpot experience (required).
  • Strong interpersonal & soft skills.
  • Experience working closely with Tech, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo (a bonus) and Connectif (a bonus).
